Creating Hygge when selling your home

Creating an environment that excites Buyers to dream about their lives in your space, is what I love to prepare for my Sellers and the properties I list. When a Buyer can make an emotional connection to a property, that property instantly holds more value at the offer table.

A few simple, strategic, often inexpensive fixes can drastically improve value and inspire more Buyers to "show you the money"! With so many stresses day to day, combined with a market that is short on listings, appealing to a Buyer's increasing need for calm will certainly help connect them to your abode.

A word that is currently trending in design is the Danish word, Hygge. This amazing noun is pronounced "hue-gah" and sums up perfectly, all the feelings I like to evoke in my listings - to enjoy life's simple pleasures, beautiful places and favourite things. To invite being cozy and relaxing at home.
